I have a flip video camcorder and I was wondering if it could record stuff on your television. If it can, how? I am trying to record some video game footage and I would be appreciative to anyone who helps.

Most camcorders are equipped with connector jacks which are “Video Out” functions and not “Video In” .. either that or the standard USB connector jacks ..
so unless your video camcorder is equipped with another “video in” input jack which you can plug on the “video out” of your VCR or DVD player (because TVs do not have “video out” jacks)
OR …..
mount your video camcorder in front of your TV and record the show live and make sure everyone is quite when you do. A lot of times, when you do this process, you’ll get those “line” that run up and down on your video, even if the TV shoes a clear image.
