How Do You Download A Video Sent From Flip Video (private Sharing)?

My friend sent me the link to a video on Flip Video through private video sharing, and I would like to save it onto my computer. Is there any way to download it, whether directly off the site or through third-party software? I have a Macbook, version 10.5.8
